Absolutely Fabulous service. Very clear explanation of the technical problems that created the phone to not do what I wanted it to do. Mark is an asset to Dial a Nerd ( formally known as Source). I ended up chatting about all kinds of things..Scams, 3d printing, Microsoft and outlook lol...all sorts. Mark Really takes the time to explain stuff so you definitely understand what is what.. Highly recommend, just opposite Creo, near the cape hill rail Bridge. Parking is handy too. I have normally used them for laptop or the power deaths...and they know their stuff but use simple English to explain internetty website stuff haha .Great friendly Pukekohe business.
